Software License Terms

Your license covers the version or versions of the software as specified at the time you received it. All versions of the same "master" number (the number before the first dot, for example, 2.0, 2.11, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7---all 2.anything) are covered by your license. If you download and install a "point" release and need a new license key because of changes to the program, please contact us. We'll provide you with a free upgrade to the "point" release. In most cases your older license will still work, without a need to re-issue a new key. With a major software upgrade, when the main version number is incremented (for example, from 2.53 to 3.00), you will be expected to pay a small upgrade fee, usually 50% or less of a new license purchase.

The registered user who purchased less than 6 months can get a FREE upgrade when a major version is released.

License Type

• Personal Individual License: Individual customers using their own funds for purchase. You may install and use one copy of the product on a single computer.
• Commercial Individual License: Companies and organizations including non-profit and for-profit. You may install and use one copy of the product on a single computer in your company or organization.
• 10-User Site License: You may install the product on 10 computers in your company or organization.
• Unlimited Site License: You may install the product on every computer in your company or organization.
